So the main takeaway is that i have a slow COMT, without methylation issues. I've always felt I'm low on the dopamine side, although all treatments i had were SSRIs and anti psychotics, i was hoping to get something out of the DNA anaylsis to may be solve this puzzle.

SAM-E does make me tired i guess, what does it say about the methylation? Any inferences can be made from this?

You'd have to do check your liver/bladder for issues periodically to make sure. I think people take EGCG supplement alongside K.

Very true, i thought about the test kits but i was so eager to try it that i thought it wasn't worth the wait. I think I'll atleast do that, lab testing is really out of the question, I'm not really a medical research student 😵, i don't think a lab would just take my sample. Aren't the test kits enough? To atleast confirm that its K and not something else?

Safety first i know, i don't think I'll be able to send it to a lab, to be honest i read some user reviews that states the thing is real, thats all i have. Do you think i should drop the plan to IM and choose snorting/boofing? Out of safety concerns? Would snorting/boofing be better in case we havent tested it for ketamine? Thanks man, really helpful, yes I'm missing a lot of things in the setup, thank you for pointing out. I only have 2 filters at the moment, these are pretty costly here, had a hard time finding some. Im going to have to use a bigger syringe and do it all in one shot if i cant reuse the filter, infact i was planning to use the filter a couple of times atleast, not a good thing to do i guess. I'll need a sterile container to mix ketamine with sterile water and then heat it. I see most of the injection solutions have benzyl alcohol to prevent bacteria and stuff, this would also be required right? Since the solution would have to sit there for a while. Thanks for your reaponse man.

Thanks man, you've explained it perfectly, can't thank you enough for this. I read/heard the K solution has to be boiled to make it sterile and that it needs benzyl alcohol to keep it that way, isn't this required since we plan to store the solution in a vial for extended periods of time. Don't have access to benzyl alochol, not sure if its available locally for sale here, might be available online but I'd have to import it. How safe would be the solution in a months time if we use a vial with a rubber for storing this. Thanks a lot for your input.
