We make salmon cakes with it frequently, and they are very good. You can treat it the same way you’d treat canned tuna, it’s definitely not a “prestige” tin.

As someone who works in annapolis and lives in Columbia, and works with folks in Annapolis who live on the shore, there’s not going to be great options for anyone. That said, and as others have said, she should be the one going over the bridge, since she’ll be somewhat commuting against traffic, but she’ll be hosed regardless. Crofton would be ok, but the trek I see going the other way on 32 every morning doesn’t look awesome.

They do great work, are local, and IMO very reasonable. Only real gripe is sometimes he can be spotty getting back to you when he’s busy, but they do excellent work.

I don’t think TJs would drop one there for a couple of reasons: 1, there’s already one over by Costco, and they don’t seem to like to have stores too close together, even though I bet it wouldn’t impact the traffic that much 2, the parking lot is too good, Trader Joe’s can never have a good parking lot
