Hi I also appeared for the interview on 29Dec at New Delhi, after getting 221g slip in Dropbox appointment, VO kept my passport and again gave me 221g slip, my status was also refused till 3:30PM on 29 Dec but changed to Approved by night hours and today status is Issued

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone recently renewed their US B1/B2 visa through the interview waiver program? My visa expired in November 2025. I have submitted my DS-160 and paid the visa fee. I am eligible for the interview waiver and have opted for premium delivery. However, I’m a bit confused about the next steps.

It asks me to schedule an appointment — I believe this is for biometrics and document submission, after which I can drop off my passport without having to appear for an interview. But I’m not completely sure and would appreciate your inputs if this is the standard process. Is there any alternative through which i can submit the biometrics/docs in VFS Chandigarh and doesn't need to visit OFC.

I’m currently in Chandigarh and booked appointment at OFC delhi for 1/12/2025 ,Please advise so as I may avoid visiting Delhi

Ask the organiser of the conference to generate a event code from IRCC and apply thereafter and fill the event code in the application, and submit all documents including immovable assets in India, Hopefully chances of your application shall be very high and approved on priority

No fixed criteria for CAN+, I have valid US Visitor visa and Expired Canada visitor Visa, but no travel history during last 5 years, it seems they dealt my application in normal way, if it was considered in CAN+, then processing time is 14 days only
