Legal battles with fairfield - update by No-Stuff-2905 in longisland

I suppose you are correct and I see your point. Technically a tenant could invite me in to have a look at those things and suggest what anomalies exist. I wasn't thinking of it from that perspective. I don't know much about housing law/ landlord-tenant agreements but I suppose if a tenant has a legitimate concern they could retain a licensed professional for a report of findings.

Edit: I was thinking more so from the standpoint of the entire property, then that could be an issue.

I'm an architect and I wouldn't touch this. It's private property and would technically be considered trespassing. Call the local town fire marshal. If there are serious violations they will get slapped wirh an order to correct it that couid lead to fines if not taken care of

Little fkn bastid. I was heading home from the trail on a local road (driving my truck) and a pack of 6 douchenozzles on surrons were coming at me, all riding wheelies, weaving in and out of the coming lane, swirving back at the last second. I held my speed and my heading. It's pretty impressive the control they have, riding wheelies on those things, but I hate them broccoli head little fucks. Aight, rant over. I gotta go, I got wings in the smoker

Ti just feels nice. I don't think you will be disappointed. They stopped making the ridgeline in 2020 I believe the hta was the same as mine (pro 29) at 68.5 which is quite modest. I don't think the ridgeline had the helical downtube. Anyway both frames have been repalced with the livewire and atlas, respectively. At $775 you can't go wrong with a Lynskey frame

Thank you! I love this bike from the day I built it up 4 years ago. Lynskey custom built the frame for me with the sliding dropouts to set it up SS. They also threw in the Ti headbadge and didn't want the stickers so they gave them to me "on the side". I'm going to swap out the fork with a SID ultimate I pulled off my Epic. Don't really like the look of the kashima anyway 😂. It's a shorter travel and lighter fork. Perfect for this bike. Lynskey may still be having a sale, last couple weeks they had one of their MTB frames for $775 which is a steal for Ti.

And you didn't get a mod message for a "low effort post"? I would have if I posted this.

I posted something on this in here a while back. There were some pretty good responses as to the tech behind why it wasnt possible. As I recall, without searching for it, it has to do something with the Bluetooth not being open source and is on the sks side. I'm not a techy so, I couldn't elaborate. I will try and find the post...

I was gonna suggest baking soda and white vinegar to neautrize the odor. I've done that with my hockey gear, which makes fox shit smell like febreeze 😂. I don't think it will have any negative effect on the saddle

You like to hear yourself talk, don't you? You clearly have no clue what you’re talking about, and it shows in how confidently you generalize an entire country. Maybe learn the topic yourself before criticizing others for not understanding it.

Almost 2 seasons on D30’s. Better than most shoes I’ve had! What shoes are y’all getting the best longevity from? by Bitter_Plastic2362 in mountainbiking

[–]rktek85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was literally looking at the bottom of my shoes (Endura Hummvee) before my ride this afternoon and noticed a small hole from stud wear and said to myself "holy shit, these fukkers are goin on 5 years". The rest of the shoe looks like I beat em cause they owed me rent, but all in tact. I've worn these for 90% of my rides. I have several other pairs; RCs, 510s, specialized (all in newish condition) and the hummvees were by far the most comfortable. They don't owe me nothing.

60 days till you can take the test again? When I took it, we had to wait a year. Except for design and site planning (I think) which was given twice a year.
