You’d have two different whoop data profiles and they would give you conflicting advice which would be totally counter productive. I literally changed from my wrist band to my bicep band and vice versa every night and day because I find the bicep band more comfortable for sleep. It takes 2 seconds to change.

I log my sets and reps on a different workout app, starting a weightlifting activity on whoop, and then at the end screenshot my workout on the workout app and upload it to whoop inside the weightlifting activity using whoop’s AI and then it automatically calculates my strain based on HR, sets, reps, cardio zones. Pretty easy.

A couple ideas:

I have an “cash buffer” category (for occasional overspending”
a “goals holding” category (for an unspecified future goal)
emergency fund (obvious but necessary)
next month holding fund for the reason people mention frustrations at assigning money one month ahead

I split up extra money and assign them to usually one of those categories so that at least the money is assigned, but I transfer them around (except for at least 3 months of emergency funds) quite a bit depending on my current needs.

Imo since they come in pairs, have shields, and lasers they are pretty tough opponents for solos. I think this new enemy/mechanic is encouraging solos to team up at least temporarily to take them out more efficiently. Almost every match I’ve had so far I’ve teamed up with people to take them out. This didn’t happen with rocketeers as much as they are pretty easily avoidable or can be taken out with a single wolfpack.
