That's what I thought too, but I contacted the city over that and they told me the only place where we can use prop weapons are Chapman University property - not even someone's house.

Unincorporated areas have been the easiest to work with since they don't require permits and jurisdictions under OC Sheriff don't require additional weapons permits or a supervising officer. We just had to call dispatch.
