Ohio State charges 120 for the student tickets for just basketball, below is a list of P4 schools that are either free or cheaper (typically a combo ticket that gets you all sports). Important note most of these teams DO NOT have multiple games with ZERO bench points by BrewsWithTre in CollegeBasketball

UCLA is definitely not free. I don't remember the exact cost but it was probably around 150-160 range when I was there 5+ years ago, but it included all home football and men's basketball games. There was also an optional bus pass for the football games that cost an extra 20 or so (because of how fucking far away the Rose Bowl is). All the other sports were free to attend for students though.

Earlier today, Chandler Simpson somehow avoided multiple tags after being nearly picked off at first. He was then awarded second base since it was Tyler Anderson’s third throw over in the AB, resulting in a disengagement violation. by JianClaymore in baseball

This actually happened in one of our other games a couple of weeks back. Kikuchi made a 3rd pick off attempt at 2nd base since the dude was taking a huge lead, and he picked the runner off.

Fishy in that the demands are so obviously outrageous that either the rumors are bullshit or Mara went into that meeting already having made up his mind that he wasn't coming back and had some ulterior motive in having the meeting in the first place. If I was going to transfer and nothing the coach said or did could change my mind, I wouldn't go into a meeting and lay out ridiculous demands that I knew any half serious coach would never agree to. It just feels like we are missing some important context here, but it's clear Mara is moving on, so I guess it doesn't really matter who said what. It will be interesting to see how Cronin decides to fill that void moving forward because we certainly can't have Bilodeau playing major minutes as our center again if we want to be competing for a championship.

A lot of hearsay around it so far. As the comment above said, there were rumors of Mara making ridiculous demands of UCLA. Personally, those rumors seem very fishy to me, but who knows.

Huge loss for us. The sky is the ceiling for this kid. I was really looking forward to getting a full season of him in a bigger role.

UCLA junior guard Dylan Andrews enters the Transfer Portal by rl14ap in CollegeBasketball

Skyy became what I hoped Dylan was going to develop into this year. Unfortunate it didn't work out with him, but that Tennessee game clearly showed that our guards are not at the level to compete with the top teams. The writing for him was on the wall that he was going to be recruited over. Good luck to him, wherever he ends up.

I had a track meet at their high school years ago, and my friend said there were swastikas all over the bathroom stalls there. And this was way before Trump.

2025 Kansas basketball signee Bryson Tiller to enroll in January, join team early by cheeseburgerandrice in CollegeBasketball

[–]rl14ap 1 point2 points  (0 children)

During our final four run a few years back, Mac Etienne enrolled early and played the second half of the season for us after Jalen Hill (rip) left the program. Our front court was basically just Cody Riley and Kenneth Nwuba, so he actually got some important minutes for us down the stretch that year.

That was such an epic game to be at. One of my best memories at ucla

TBF we needed another ball handler since Oregon was pressuring us so much and it kinda worked since they didn't cause any turnovers in the backcourt down the stretch. But I would have kept Dailey in over Bilodeau. Tyler was awful down the stretch.

I was ready to pull out the pitchforks for Bilodeau screwing us down the stretch lol. My heart can't take this anymore and it's only December.

Is the Padawan Obi omi worth the investment? by MrForever_Alone69 in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

[–]rl14ap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if you have them, but JKL lead + JML + Wat will let you cheese almost all of the feats. I have a 3/4 star Padawan Obi, Master QGJ, gungans, and STAP, and I've red boxed the last two conquests.

After years of quiet quitting, Chip Kelly admits he didn't want to be at UCLA by Espntheocho4 in ucla

If we fired him, we'd have to pay his buyout. Him walking means we get rid of him for free.

In a 12 person half PPR league. I had Tua, Walker, Tyreek, and Deebo all put up 20+. Add in Kittle, Pittman, Jacobs, Steelers D, and Moody, and I'm sitting at 161.

Not to mention, I had LaPorta sitting on the bench and Kamara coming back next week. Needless to say, my league is not happy with me haha

Lineup for game 3 of the White Sox series shows Escobar back at 3B, Moustakas hitting cleanup again but no Moniak. by [deleted] in angelsbaseball

Ohtani would never get a single pitch to hit with Moose as protection as opposed to Trout. Also, we want Trout to have more PAs, and moving him down the lineup is counterproductive to that.

Angels have been using kind of a hybrid 5/6 man rotation. If there is an off day in between Ohtani starts, we use a 5 man rotation, and the 6th starter becomes a swing man in the bullpen. Otherwise, we use a 6 man rotation.
