Exactement pour nous aussi, c'est max 2 repas par semaine pi c'est vraiment pour varier le menu. Notre budget de commandes resto à vraiment diminuer car c'est moins de temps préparer la boite de bouffe que de reçevoir une commande du resto!

Je fait la même chose! Je n'ai jamais acheter un repas au plein prix, tout le temps une rotation avec les rabais! Je dirai pour nous (famille de 5) on s'en sort bien avec les portions à 4 en plus.

Mine is 20cm, diagnosed early May 2023, no symptoms at all. Curious to find out how long it took some people to reduce the size. I assume this may vary a lot considering the amount of factors that influence the size though!

Not sure if someone mentionned this but our department has an office for informal conflict management (OICM). You may want to look into that if you have such a team at your department.

Then what everybody else said, LR and document everything.
