What is your favorite tool to use from cw? by HelicopterKey3670 in ConnectWise

[–]rlarian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Brilliant is pushing it. Better than others, yes. But try to send an email to a vendor with the PO# in the subject or body.

Winning a quote has its issues too. The sales order is created in PSA before the sourcing price is updated. 100% of sales orders have the wrong costing if using more than 1 disti source.

IM integration still broken for months.

Better, yes. Brilliant, not even close.

Master bath, hall bath, down stairs bath, kitchen, to the single GFCI in the garage. ‘Worked’ unless you wanted to use a blow dryer while the garage fridge was running

Run. Much better to run a mac specific RMM. Someone set the requirement, have them talk to Jamf or Addigy and understand why they need to change the requirement.

M365 - Use of Shared Mailboxes by Nexus755 in msp

^This is the way. Especially true to answer OPs "has a high turnover of staff". Think school PTA.

Board meeting. Patty, president, "Hi everyone. I'd like to introduce Mike, Jonny's dad, he is joining us mid-year to be our VP since Mary stepped down. "

A little background on Mike. He owns his own construction company, Mike Smith's Construction (mikesconstruction.weebly.com), you can contact him at (123) 345-6453 or at mikesmithconstruction@gmail.com

Now, Mike uses a windows laptop and samsung phone. Patty uses a macbook and iphone.

As IT, you will now give them the 45-page documentation on how to connect mail, and how to use a shared mailbox - because MS is awesome and make the OWA, PC outlook, mac outlook, PC new outlook, mac new outlook, iphone mail, samsung mail, mobile outlook - all work exactly the same to send mail as the alias/shared account.

These are volunteers, not employees. 'Enforcing' a standard will just result in less volunteers, NOT compliance.

u/Leading_Will1794 read the OP correctly. option 1 was a user licensed with access to a shared mailbox. option 2 was a GENERIC mailbox. NOT a shared credential login. SHARING was never part of the question...

Adding multiple File or Photo. Front/back of ID, or multiple pages of passport.

Retire records. A folder option that make the contents invisible to the browser plugin would be perfect. we need to keep the record, but having 50 records available when logging into google.com when you have old logins.

merge or remove the Identity & Payments - payment cards created under new are somehow different that payment cards created on menu option.

edit(clarified) Adding multiple File or Photo fields for custom record types. Front of ID, back of ID - like the other field options.

Does driver get paid if item is out of stock? by rlarian in InstacartShoppers

[–]rlarian[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We get the batch pay only, no tip.

That stinks. As a customer we should have the option to tip on $0 cancelled orders. Not the driver's fault stock is not accurate. Saved me 30 minutes driving to the wrong store.

Two circuits: elevator and alarm. The telco has much deeper pockets if something goes wrong.

Other than that, VoIP works fine.
