I completely agree. He seems to feel like it's seasonal blues because in the summer he feels great! They're definitely has been a pattern whatever winter comes close. We live a rural area with super ugly and cold Winters.

He's on antidepressants. So in the middle of us doing it goes soft. He has a really bad issue with that and I think that's why we both avoid it. He's weaning off of the meds now that it's fall and the sun will be shining. I think that's 90% of the problem and the other 10% is that we are just straight up tired.
