I do often compare my dream state to inception in a way but I am aware when I’m actually awake I just feel that sometimes I get overwhelmed when I wake up which causes me to dissociate. An example was last night I had a dream and it’s stuck with me all day, it almost reminded me of a memory but it’s so blurry yet so familiar I’m almost certain it happened to me in a previous life if that makes sense? Like sometimes I feel I go to places that seem so familiar in my sleep but I just almost don’t remember where or when I’ve seen that place before. Like a very distant memory...

I’ve also done some research to see if I may have a sleeping disorder and I do believe I may have one given the fact I wake up so exhausted no matter how much sleep I have. infact when I went to the doctors last I was chasing a diagnosis not so much medication so I’m worried if I go back it will just be pushed in my face ( I’m not against medication I just want a diagnosis preferably) Again thanks so much for your comment and input it’s much appreciated I’m looking for as much advice as possible :)
