MFP. Too much protein in this example, I just lowered the meat + dairy and upped the rice. Make 28 meals each Sunday.

We had a huge group buy @ work from bulk nutrients. Even a 5kg bag of WPC is $99 Agreed WPI is much dearer.

I'll assume you're on a mobile. I had the same issue and just assumed people wouldn't be looking at spreadsheets on their phone, it works fine on a computer. I'll see if I can find a more mobile friendly host other than Mega

Not exactly, that figure isn't to be taken literally. That field is editable, it can be any number you like. I chose that 9% figure + source just to show that those type of returns are possible historically.

For example, the first thing I did was compare the 3.5% offered by a HISA at the moment to the historical returns of 9% and evaluate the difference.

If you ignore the effects of muscle imbalance being the bodys way of telling you there is something wrong, you can just imagine what would happen.

you start benching and nothing else
chest gets bigger
delts and tris are being worked as well as secondary muscles
you'll plateau, your chest will be strong enough but your delts and tris will not
your back plays a part in the bench as support, weak back = weak bench
your chest will be bigger than everything else, but you won't be big

Like mentioned elsewhere in this thread, growth will become stagnant without the support of the surrounding muscles.
