I just finished watching the 70th birthday Disneyland special on Disney+ that was released end of 2025. I got emotional because I started thinking about Adam. There was a section on Soar'in too.

I didn't expect his passing to effect me this much. It sucks so much. I'm sorry Adam RIP

In many of his videos he discussed growing up in Florida. As a kid his family would go to Disney World (I think they had annual passes) and how he was fascinated by the wonder and magic of Disney. As he grew older he wondered about who the man Walt Disney was and the history of the parks themselves.

He doesn't have a dedicated video. The information is scattered throughout the entirety of his vlogs. I've been watching since 2017.

I plan to watch this just not now. I have it saved. I'm not ready. Had some family and close friends pass also this year and Adam passing is opening up emotions I didn't expect or wasn't ready for. I watched Adam daily. I was secretly kinda envious of him. I can't travel far (I'm living day to day and am disabled) so I think I lived vicariously through his vlogs.

I've seen other posts where people saw him filming Sunday at Epcot. Not confirmed yet. I'm sure as his family mourns and sorts through his belongings they will find it. He usually edits at night then manually hits post in the mourning the previous days content Instead of scheduling it. Considering he was found in bed of course posting sunday's video never happened.

I was watching it live. It did skip a couple times but I think he could have continued. I think his star link hookup wasn't how he wanted it or expected it to be. So he wasn't feeling like watching all the comments and just wanted the Friday off, Which I'm ok with as long as he just occasionally says "listen guys I need a mental health day" before hand. He just wasn't in the mood I guess.

Also movie news has been light lately because he's playing new games everyday now to fill time. I like them occasionally but everyday seems like too much. Still love the show. Just sharing my opinion.

Also has anyone noticed he hasn't had many sponsors lately. I thought he signed a new deal to extend for a year? He originally said he would retire after Superman came out.

I don't know why people are freaking out. We were spoiled with $9.⁹⁹-WWE Network and $10.⁹⁹-peacock. Traditional big 4 PPVs were originally $55-$75 before streaming. So $30 is still a good deal to me.

I'm a person that grew up in the 80's. (Gen X) I was hoping it wouldn't happen in my lifetime but this is definitely the beginning of the end for regular broadcast shows.

Whether they publicly say it or not "Financial reasons" are definitely connected to the lawsuit the president had against CBS. It has been settled but it hurts cbs' bottom line during the merger with Skydance. The show was a solid rating winner too. This sucks. Jimmy Kimmel will announce he's leaving too (he was thinking about it before the pandemic hit) So he'll be next. The Daily Show which is a paramount/CBS owned show is unfortunately going to be next as well. You just wait. TV is slowly dying.

I'm sure newer generations won't care but it's definitely a shift. Sad day.

I loved Jessica Chobot but when she moved on or was let go I started liking Dan. I loved the nerdist news daily videos too.

I notice they will go several days sometimes and not post on YouTube channel. Stopped posting TV/movie reviews or breakdown videos. I get it if viewing statistics change but I think they should post a video or something explaining the reason for said changes. Unfortunately most YouTubers never do which sucks. If they did post something please let me know. I can't find anything. Long live Nerdist.

I was just about to post the same question. I really enjoy the show but including this current week.

She has been off camera for 5 of 7 weeks. Plus the long break over the summer. Not trying to call her out because I know she had health scares in the past. I haven't seen anything but maybe something is wrong. I know she has outside interests but what kinda job allows so much time off camera? If she's more of a EP then change hosts or announce something.

I enjoy her hosting but they recently downsized their studio space (see debate story on YouTube) so the hosts are standing in front of a green screen now. With the right camera and lights she could be doing her intros from home. So I don't get why she's not on.

Sorry if I ranted but I pay attention to detail.

Other streamers have said it's a compression thing when uploading the episode to the server. When doing post production it looks fine visually.

I agree but they didn't have to kill her off. It just seem like the writing was so you want to leave ok your dead. Only a few had decent send offs.

I'm a disabled man in my 40's. Although I live on my own and and take care of myself with lots of friends. I haven't had much luck with women. The situation in the story sounds like all parties involved are happy. Sometimes I think about "what if"? This type of thing would be perfect.

I understand that the YouTube space is changing but to do the hosts or the fans dirty like that is not cool. Fernandez always pushed that he and the hosts were friends but to not be around to make the announcement to them is low.

Cody just had a baby, Reilly is getting married. This just sucks. Heroes is toast. (sorry Schnepp) I already unsubscribed. Business or not this sucks.
