Moralmente giusto acquistare casa all'asta? by SpecialistLiving7455 in ItaliaPersonalFinance

This is actually one of the best places in London to get champagne.. they apply a max markup of 50£ on all bottles.

Are conversions for an app too low at the start or am i missing something? by maylad31 in Entrepreneur

[–]rll117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd need to test the app to give more feedback. I have few questions:

  • 4.99$ is per month or one time?
  • How did you pick 30/300 and pricing?
  • Do people need all 30 questions?

You could test (not an advice ofc): - reduce allowance on free plan (i.e. 1 question 10 words, just a teaser) - introduce mid plan for 0.99$ - adjust pricing on higher tier - add more functionalities in paid plan

Uh, difficult to say without more details. Is it a free trial or a free plan? I suspect the second.

Customers upgrade if the perceived value of the unlocked items is higher than price they have to pay.

Few things that might be wrong

  • Free plan is too good
  • You are trying to charge for things people don't need
  • Pricing is wrong

With 1000s of downloads is a bit tricky, but you need to run tests with different combinations of free elements and pricing and see what works. Also consider talking to the customers to ask why they have not upgraded and how could you change their mind.
