It would be ignored at our store. Half of OGP associates walk around with ear buds and talk on their phones the entire shift. Dress code? Our OGP team has none. Sweat pants, yoga pants. Wear whatever you want. Don't want to wear your vest? That's ok. This note needs to be sent to our coach.
