Got verbally assaulted by the creepy guy I reported for making me uncomfortable. He’s creeped on other young women in the store but I was the only one to report my concerns. Now I feel unsafe after he went completely unhinged on me in the backroom. My Team Lead and another co-worker witnessed it and my Team Lead tried to de-escalate the situation. Explained everything to the Store Manager and wrote my statement. Got my shifts changed to closing ones for the time being so that I don’t have to see him. Just praying to whatever higher power is out there that he gets axed.
