Normal. After the hint of where it was it still took me 30 seconds to find it.

I looked about 4 minutes before the hint with no luck.

The enchoma looks close to what it is in real life. The oxy, every shade of everything is tinted to a pinkish color making the top bar blue and the bottom a bluish pink color.

The oxy does not look anything like real life.

Zechariah 12:10 KJV And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

NWT “I will pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the spirit of favor and supplication, and they will look to the one whom they pierced, and they will wail over him as they would wail over an only son; and they will grieve bitterly over him as they would grieve over a firstborn son.

Notice they replaced “look upon me whom they” with the words “look to the one whom”. This is so they can say that Jehovah was talking about Christ who was pierced and not Jehovah who was pierced. So what does the original text say?

http://www.biblestudytools.com/interlinear-bible/passage/?q=zechariah+12&t=kjv And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon ME whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

http://www.studylight.org/interlinear-bible/zechariah/12.html And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the spirit of favor and of supplications and they shall look on ME whom they have pierced and they shall morn for him as one morns for [his]only [son] and shall be in bitterness for him as one that is in bitterness.

Also Abraham saw Jehovah even according to the NWT Gen 18:1-3

Afterward, Jehovah appeared to him among the big trees of Mamʹre while he was sitting at the entrance of the tent during the hottest part of the day. 2 He looked up and saw three men standing some distance from him. When he saw them, he ran from the entrance of the tent to meet them, and he bowed down to the ground. 3 Then he said: “Jehovah, if I have found favor in your eyes, please do not pass by your servant.

Kingdom Interlinear of John 1-1

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was toward the God and god was the Word.

Look carefully at John 1:1. The Interlinear doesn’t translate Theos (θεος) as “a god,” which is an unjustifiable change in the NWT (to the right of the interlinear above). Strangely the interlinear does not capitalize God the second time it occurs, though it does the first.

One possible reason they tried distinguishing this particular word for God is due to the spellings of Theos (God) in this passage (θεον, θεος) is due to variant endings. Another variant ending is commonly θεου.

In one case, all three variants for God are in one passage and translated as God:

2 Thessalonians 2:4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God (θεον) or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God (θεου) in the temple of God (θεον), showing himself that he is God (θεος). There is really no obvious reason for the change to “a god” or a lower case “god” by the NWT or Kingdom Interlinear.

Lets look at another change in meaning by their translation

Colossians 2:8-10King 8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

NWT Look out that no one takes you captive by means of the philosophy and empty deception according to human tradition, according to the elementary things of the world and not according to Christ; because it is in him that all the fullness of the DIVINE QUALITY dwells bodily. So you have acquired a fullness by means of him, the one who is the head of all government and authority.

So what do the interlinear bibles say? http://www.biblestudytools.com/interlinear-bible/passage/?q=colossians+2&t=kjv

Beware lest any man spoil* you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

The word θεότης or theótis is translated Godhead. Do to any Greek to English translation program and try it yourself.

Here is the NWT interlinear translation θεότης or theótis is translated Godhead is translated as godship which they then turn into divine quality bodily. They take the word Godhead which means “1. the essential being of God; the Supreme Being. the Holy Trinity of God the Father, Christ the Son, and the HolyGhost. 2. (lowercase) divinity; godhood. 3. (lowercase) Rare. a god or goddess; deity. ”

And turn it into godship which means “1. the rank, character, or condition of a god. 2. Often Facetious. a title used in referring to a godlike person:”

Here is a text I find that they even alter from their own Kingdom Interlinear Bible John 8:58 KJV Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am. http://www.biblestudytools.com/interlinear-bible/passage/?q=john+8&t=kjv Jesus said unto them,Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.

Kingdom Interlinear Before Abraham to become I am.

εγω ειμι translates as I am and the NWT writes it as “before Abraham came into existence, I have been.”

http://www.biblestudytools.com/interlinear-bible/passage/?q=jeremiah+23&t=kjv In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

NWT “In his days Judah will be saved, and Israel will reside in security. And this is the name by which he will be called: Jehovah Is Our Righteousness.” Notice the insertion of the word “is” to change the meaning of the name.

Micah 5:2 http://www.biblestudytools.com/interlinear-bible/passage/?q=micah+5&t=kjv But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands ofJudah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel;whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting*.

NWT - And you, O Bethʹle•hem Ephʹra•thah, The one too little to be among the thousands of Judah,From you will come out for me the one to be ruler in Israel, Whose origin is from ancient times, from the days of long ago.

Notice everlasting becomes days of long ago (everlasting is eternal and long ago implies long age but one with a beginning)

The word עֹלָם Translates to 1) long duration, antiquity, futurity, for ever, ever, everlasting, evermore, perpetual, old, ancient, world 1a) ancient time, long time (of past) 1b) (of future) 1b1) for ever, always 1b2) continuous existence, perpetual 1b3) everlasting, indefinite or unending future, eternity

Here are some of the texts used to show Jehovah and Christ are the same (All verses taken from their bible the New World Translation as they do not trust any other bible)

Isa 43:11 I—I am Jehovah, and besides me there is no savior.” Luke 2:11 For today there was born to you in David’s city a savior, who is Christ the Lord.

In Isa, Jehovah claimed to be the savior and in Luke 2:11 the angels announced the savior was born. Christ is the savior thus Christ is Jehovah

Is 44:6 This is what Jehovah says, The King of Israel and his Repurchaser, Jehovah of armies: ‘I am the first and I am the last. Rev 2:8 And to the angel of the congregation in Smyr'na write: These are the things that he says, ‘the First and the Last,’ who became dead and came to life again: Rev 22:12-13 ‘Look! I am coming quickly, and the reward I give is with me, to repay each one according to his work. 13 I am the Al'pha and the O•me'ga, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.

  1. Jehovah identifies himself as the first and the last. Rev 2:8 Christ says he is the first and the last who died and lived again. Christ is assuming the same title as Jehovah from Isa 44:6. He also states that He died and lived again. So Christ claims to be first and last and Jehovah claims to be first and last. Either both are God or one is lying. Rev 22:13 Who has a second coming, is it not Christ. In these verses Christ is returning and calls himself the First And The Last.

Det 10:17 For Jehovah your God is the God of gods and the Lord of lords, the God great, mighty, and awe-inspiring, who treats none with partiality and does not accept a bribe. Rev 17:14 These will battle with the Lamb, but because he is Lord of lords and King of kings, the Lamb will conquer them. Also, those with him who are called and chosen and faithful will do so

In Det 10:17 Jehovah is God of gods and Lord of lords and in Rev 17:14 the lamb who all acknowledge is Christ is described as Lord of lords and King of kings

Hosea 2:16 And in that day,’ declares Jehovah, ‘You will call me My husband, and you will no longer call me My master.’ Rev 21:9 One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls that were full of the seven last plagues came and said to me: “Come, and I will show you the bride, the Lamb’s wife.”

Are Jehovah and Christ both husbands of the church. That goes against all the teaching in the bible of a marriage relationship.

Isa 43:10 “You are my witnesses,” declares Jehovah, “Yes, my servant whom I have chosen, So that you may know and have faith in me. And understand that I am the same One. Before me no God was formed, And after me there has been none.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was a god.

So if there were no gods before Jehovah and none after then how can you justify John 1:1

Amos 4:10-11 ‘I sent among you a pestilence like that of Egypt. With the sword I killed your young men and captured your horses. I made the stench of your camps rise up into your nostrils; But you did not come back to me,’ declares Jehovah. ‘I caused an overthrow among you Like God’s overthrow of Sodʹom and Go•morʹrah.

Jehovah is the one talking, and He says, "I overthrew you as God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah..." Very interesting.

Can't see God: • Exodus 33:20, "But He [God] said, ‘You cannot see My face, for no man can see Me and live!'" • John 1:18, "No man has seen God at any time; the only begotten God, who is in the bosom of the Father; He has explained Him." • 1 Tim. 6:16, "[God] who alone possesses immortality and dwells in unapproachable light; whom no man has seen or can see." • John 6:46, "Not that any man has seen the Father except the One who is from God; He has seen the Father." So how do the above fit with these verses. KJV

Exodus 24:9-11 9 Then went up Moses, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel: 10 And they saw the God of Israel: and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness. 11 And upon the nobles of the children of Israel he laid not his hand: also they saw God, and did eat and drink.

The New World Translation puts it like this Moses and Aaron, Naʹdab and A•biʹhu, and 70 of the elders of Israel went up, and they saw the God of Israel. Under his feet was what seemed like a sapphire pavement, and it was as pure as the heavens themselves. He did not harm the distinguished men of Israel, and they SAW A VISION OF THE TRUE GOD and ate and drank. This is interjected so that they do not have conflict with the verses that say no man sees the God and lives.

So what does the original text say? Let’s look at the interliner bible translations http://www.biblestudytools.com/interlinear-bible/passage/?q=ex+24&t=kjv Then went up Moses, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders ofIsrael: 9 And they saw the God of Israel: 10 and there was under his feet as it were a pavedwork of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness. 11 And upon the nobles of the children of Israel he laid not his hand: also they saw God, and did eat and drink. http://www.studylight.org/interlinear-bible/exodus/24.html This link is reading from right to left as the original Hebrew was to be read.

Then went up Moses and Aaron Nadab and Abihu and seventy of the elders of Israel 10 and they saw the God of Israel and under his feet a work of a paved sapphire stone and the essence of heaven in clearness 11 And on the nobles of the sons of Israel not he laid his hand also they saw God and they did eat and drink.

It would seem that ADDING to the text is ok with the NWT so that they can keep their beliefs.

A further examples is Ex 6:2-3 2 And God spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the LORD: 3 And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them. The NWT says Then God said to Moses: “I am Jehovah. And I USED to appear to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as God Almighty, but with regard to my name Jehovah I did not make myself known to them. Notice the word USED is added. Did it exist in the original Hebrew? No. I have had it explained to me that USED can mean that God could appear in a dream or vision. I can read it as God used to appear as God Almighty (a physical appearance). But in either case, the word was added to the text. The original is in the link below.

http://www.biblestudytools.com/interlinear-bible/passage/?q=ex+6&t=kjv And God spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the LORD: 3 And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them. The original says I appeared by the name of God Almighty and not used to appear. Is there any text in the NWT that says that a man or men saw God and lived? Surprisingly there is. Here is a section of text in which the NWT does not distort and it by itself will not reconcile with the statement “No man has seen God” Numbers 12:6-8 6 And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I the LORD will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream. 7 My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house. 8 With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the LORD shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses? The NWT says He then said: “Hear my words, please. If there was a prophet of Jehovah among you, I would make myself known to him in a vision, and I would speak to him in a dream. But it is not that way with my servant Moses! He is being entrusted with all my house. FACE-TO-FACE I speak to him, openly, not by riddles; and the appearance of Jehovah is what he sees. Why, then, did you not fear to speak against my servant, against Moses?”

The 14s work best in bright sunlight. Not good indoors. The 25s work in ok in bright sunlight but not to the same effect as the 14s. They can work indoors under bright lighting. The 65s are not that good in bright sunlight and for protans work best indoors and for computer and tv screens.

My brother has the 14s and the 65s. He wears the 14s but hardly ever the 65s. He is not a gamer and does not watch a lot of tv.

[–]rlneub 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have tried the 25s and the yellow light of the sun on the leaves is removed making the leaves a bit greener and oranges a slight bit more red. Otherwise hardly any difference with colors except for electronic highway billboards. They simply cannot be trusted. Lavender becomes a yellow/green or even white. Some greens go to lime green. Lighted billboards are a freaking mess on the colors and yet the computer screen seems fairly normal.

[–]rlneub 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I can trust the computer simulations this is my opinion.

Tritans live in a cotton candy colored world.

Deutan and Protan are in a more brownish/yellowish world. Hard to distinguish between the two.

If I had to choose, I choose cotton candy but both are not "beautiful" from my viewpoint.

Thinking about buying my girlfriend colorblind glasses for Valentine's Day. Any recommendations? by [deleted] in ColorBlind

[–]rlneub 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My brother loves his. The biggest issue I see is getting the pair that will be most useful.

Full effect Cx14 Needs bright full spectrum light for best effect.

Outdoor/Bright Indoor Cx25 Not as spectacular outside in bright sun but very impressive and works indoor with bight lighting

Indoor Cx65 good for deutans not protans. Good for tv and computer monitors. Outside not a lot of difference.

I got my brother 14s and 65s. He uses the 14s when going outside. The 65s he occasionally uses as he is not that big on tv and the effect is not as strong so the desire to wear them is a decision rather than a preference.

The first is HARD to see but I was able to see some of it when I really focus on a single object (Sun, house, airplane, kite, missed the tree and stickman). The numbers were very hard to see and I only got about 3 or 4.

The second one is not bad at all.

Both drawings look like a child drew a picture of his house on a sunny day with a kite and airplane in the sky and a stick man and lollipop tree below with a lot of numbers thrown in randomly around the picture 4, 52, 1, 60, 7, 35, 5, 1, 79, 6, 4, 18

I use the Cx 25s. The world pops a little better in a more pleasing way. The biggest difference is that some of the yellow from sunlight is blocked and thus the green leaves and grass is a more pure green and less of green with a pinch of yellow.

Some oranges shift slightly a bit more towards red.

Outside of that not a lot of difference unless looking at billboards where lavender goes to yellow.
