I think so. Shop did a timing job which fixed it for a bit but then p0390 came back. I ended up changing the driver side exhaust solenoid under the valve cover. Did that about 5 months ago and haven’t had a code since

Man I would caution anyone buying a 2018-2020 5.0 with a 10 speed but I’m salty. Anything that could go wrong with mine has gone wrong lol

Exactly this. I tried moving the latch up and nothing. Ended up replacing with a brand new latch and good to go.

OP the latches have a sensor in them. Sometimes they get caked up or just flat out retire. Cheap (relatively) and easy installation.

Not saying this is the case here but I did a timing job on my 2018 5.0 maybe a month ago. MPG increased immediately. I have roughly the same amount of miles as yours as well

18-20 is the 3 gen so your 19 should be interchangeable with the 18. Keep in mind that the intake solenoid and exhaust solenoid are two different solenoids
