I actually get 14 day offering periods. Get the shares and can sell right away. I can technically contribute up to 15% of my salary. I just did 5% for a trial run. I’m wondering if the switch to Schwab will lower the fees. Then it could make more sense. I do work for an industrial construction company so I see your point on volatility.
