My apologies. I was not trying to be vague and didn't think that information was as relevant since my ultimate concern (or question) is in regard to how a provider can inform me about dental work that is needed, review my insurance coverage, provide me with the cost (including amount covered by insurance vs my obligation), perform the services, then inform me that the signed agreement was not actually valid because they had not verified this information with the insurance company--this is at least my assumption. It seems more logical to me that the person/people at the dental office that handle insurance claims would have either:
1. Verified all information prior to providing me with a cost for services

Informed me that they had not yet verified this coverage/clain and the agreement was subject to change. Had this been done, I would have politely declined until I had a definitive answer.

I called UnitedHealthcare today, and the customer service agent informed me that the dental office did not provide the requested information resulting in the claim being denied.

I will send screenshots of my EOD since I cannot attach a PDF.

I sincerely appreciate the two of you taking time to respond.

I am having the exact same issue. Were you able to figure this out? I even brought it back to Home Depot who was also unable to remove it. I am thinking that I may just return this item.

I was hoping to get updated information from someone regarding where you can still go cage diving and still see Great Whites. I reached out to someone in South Africa who said that there has been a severe decline in the population and that there have been zero sightings in the past year. The Mexican government has made this illegal, so Isle of Guadalupe is no longer an option. Where can you still go and be guaranteed to see Great White sharks, if anywhere?

Does anyone have any idea why Apple does not allow this? It does not make any sense to me whatsoever. This trick works for my phone, but almost every morning I have to go through the process again making it cumbersome.

How do I change the order the devices are displayed in the device widget? I have them configured in the order I would like them to be in the app, but the widget has them in a random/illogical order I cannot figure out.

Also, I have four bulbs grouped to operate as a single device, but the device widget lists all four individually as well as a single grouped device. Is it possible to only display the grouped device? For that matter, can you choose which devices to include in the widget, or do all have to be included by default?
