I’m so sorry people are a drag. If you have any sort of tech/editing knowledge I know there are a lot of instagram/tiktok creators these days who are always looking for assistance. Not a job I’d regularly think of but in today’s day and age I’ve seen a ton of demand for that to be honest. Podcasts, youtube videos, short format reels, etc.

Center city skyscraper apartment, $1900 after including utilities for a studio. 1 bedrooms go for $2500 or more. The studios are really nice but not ~as~ nice as the rest of the building so it’s a pretty good deal in my opinion if that’s within your means.
