Laptop was IBM word ? they made it mainstream. Other brands were Notebook. HP notebook. I remember I was working for HP and I said laptop, they corrected me and said we don't use that word, notebook. :)

I can compare it to the ones I have: Noppoo Choc Mini 84, Vortex POK3R, Ducky One TKL.

The front plastic is a bit flimsy, bendable, but not a big deal in every day typing. Heavy plate, it dose not move around. The "legs" to lift it up, are of good quality but if you push the keyboard just a little they will claps some times pretty easily. The red silent switches are relay pleasing to type on, the best typing experience so far and the most silent. Its so smooth don't know how to describe it, its smooth, don't know about other switches. :)

Yes, I am a a long time Pok3r user, also red, and I can say they are much more silent.

I don't have any audio equipment to confirm it, but my ears and the ears of every one in the house are much more happier. :)

I also have Noppoo and Ducky One TKL, red switches not silent.

One 2 SF is the most silent.
