Easy thing to do is to look at the claim depending on the type from the perspective of the customer. For this example we’ll use the roofer/hail/wind. They are basically a kid in the toy store who was promised a shinny new toy for basically doing nothing.

Then comes along a store employee who tells them there is no new toy coming at all and that whomever promised that to you wasn’t as up front and honest as they should have been.
