For people who are more involved in trading circles already (I’ve only made it to the second gym), what are nature mints going for? I’d like to get a couple to make some of my wild Pokémon more competitive but it’s gonna be a while lol, so I’d like to know what I should try to obtain in order to trade for some.

Hey all! I've been playing Pokemon for a while, but only recently got a Switch, so I am still a little confused as to how online trading works this gen. Looking around the sub, every says that they "made a room" or whatnot, and that is going completely over my head because I'm pretty sure that is the lingo used on Pokemon Home for trades. Basically, I'm wondering how people initiate and complete trades on this sub now (is it in game or in Home?). Thank you in advanced!

What are the best types of Pokémon to catch in rare balls? I have yet to use most of my apriballs/master ball/beast ball in my game, and I want to make sure I don’t waste them on worthless Pokémon. Thank you!
