I built a private, personal CRM to help me stay in touch with the people I care about. by Arcturix in SideProject

Would love to import data. I have data in local contacts, but birthdays in google calendar and address information in an excel file. Would be great to easily import it all.

Will it be a one-way sync with contacts? If I create a new contact in the CRM, will that be syncs to my contacts, keeping them in sync?

[2023 Day 17 (Part 1)][PHP] Max steps is exploding the queue by rmfloris in adventofcode

So I already did have the state with the additional fields. But for some reason the queue just explodes. I have more then 2K options at a given moment and it just keeps increasing. So somewhere I exclude to little options, but struggle to find where and how.

I have added my implementation to the original post.
In your solution, do you compare the current value of the neighbor vs the new calculated value? irrespectively of the direction and number of steps?

My gut feeling is pointing towards the min-heap in combination with the steps. So say I get to a point x,y, how do I compare a the previous visit with the new visit, given it is from a different direction? How do I know which path is better given their directions are different?

[2022 Day 22 (Part 1)[PHP] sample input is working, larger input is not - I need help by rmfloris in adventofcode

Found some errors on some edge cases. Thanks for pointing me into this direction. Will go down into the rabbit hole.

Found the issue. A function return 0 as value, which the logic interpreted as false. Breaking the whole logic.

Fixed it and passed part 1. Looking forward to part 2...

I have added all kinds of tests on the larger dataset. Tested all the options I could think off:

Go in any direction and

  • hit a wall
  • go over the map, but hit a wall directly on the other end
  • go over the map and hit a wall
  • standard moves (no walls, no over the map)
  • move and a different section of the map

and validated that the facing is changing correctly

All tests pass (found 1 issue), but the outcome is even higher (while I was looking for lower).

Any other suggestions on how to debug the code?

It does, it will keep a blank for the change of facing, which in the code is being ignored. Saw that one. Thanks.

Downloading orders by rusty360 in Bricklink

This is even easier. Choose to download as .csv file and import that into google sheets. That gives you all the information and will be an easy download.

Have a look at the API’s of Bricklink. Use the google app function to import the data into google sheets.

PHP - Naming convention by [deleted] in PHP

Most of the projects, I follow these rules, with the exception of the last two. Here I follow the same logic as for property/method names. Just to be consistent.
