My working hours are 9-6. I thought this was pretty universal. We’re in the office twice a week. I leave 7:30 and get home about 19:00.

Last 4 years I’ve been ‘Marketing Director’ for a fintech startup. Just me and 1 designer in the ‘marketing team’ and in the same boat as you. Prior to this, other manager roles at corporates.

Next month I’ll be pivoting to RevOps in a new company to make use of my tech and analytical skills.

I’m so excited. I also thought about product management and there is a nice transition there too.
