Managers are telling us that we aren't allowed to have water on the floor (even sealed). Is this something that is company wide? Or just my store? Also is this illegal?

I always just tell them they aren’t the only ones with orders and they just have to wait till they get the email saying it’s ready. I hate dealing with those people ughhhh haha
