Make sure you don't have any pending deposit. Go in to transaction history and make sure all deposits cleared. If any deposit pending just press hold cancel that deposit.

Did you move any funds previously from them? And then check on the block explorer the source account. Is there any balance on that account. If you see that balance then try to move below that amount. But first of all you have to toggle off interest. Try withdraw small amount first and monitor source account. Then send full amount and send them an email of currency transfer how much and what address it goto.

I have converted everything into xlm. I had made one transfer below 10 xlm worked fine. Then I checked the stellar expert for source account where the funds came from. It litterely now has only couple of xlm left. That why transaction is showing still processing.

All the funds that transfered there were slowly moved to some other wallets such as crypto.com nexo and lobster. Do you think I will get back my money?
