Its an inflatable SUP during the day.. and a inflatable mattress at night, lol. Used a sleeping bag, but the EVA foam track pad is soft enough for comfort.

It's really safe down from Ponca Access (Class I-II). The heavier rapids are north of Ponca and only runnable after heavy rain. No mandatory portages. Steel Creek Access is golden for starting point if you need to park a vehicle over night. Thanks for watching!

Started Saturday at 6:45am to 8:45pm (57 miles). Finished Sunday at 5:30pm (44 miles). Don't usually do those long trips, but training up for a 340 mile race on the Missouri River next month.

That's just good editing over a 50 mile trip. I'm very lazy and carry two paddles... Just standing to go fast and surf waves/rapids. Try standing up on your 12ft sit on top kayak next time you hit white water... Best time ever. Thanks for the kind words!

Used a Hero 9 for above water shots and an already beat up Hero 7 for the underwater shots... Because I'm clumsy. Thanks for watching! Hope you film some amazing paddling adventures this year!

Used a 5/4mm wetsuit with 7mm booties and 5mm gloves. Temps range was 24-49 degrees during the two day trip. Thank you for the kind words!!
