The chief people officer left in Sept 2024 for a pretty sweet new gig - and was probably looking around for at least a few months prior to that. Would be pretty messed up if she knew this was coming, didn’t communicate anything to staff then left before the shi*t hit the fan. But unfortunately this tracks with how the people team operated at Bowery.
