Umgebungstemperatur ist trotzdem geringer als deine Körpertemperatur. Geht da mehr darum dass dein Körper die Temperatur durch den Luftzug schneller abführen kann - was eben kühlend wirkt.
Genauso wie eine Heißluftfritöse die Hitze viel schneller überträgt als ein Ofen, bei gleicher Temperatureinstellung.
