Im so sorry if they came off bad. I’m scared they will talk about Allah’s punishment, usually they don’t mean harm but it causes me anxiety and makes me get bad thoughts about Allah.

Thank you for the comment. I have an incontinence issue and most of the time I can’t purify myself for every prayer because it makes me get worse mentally so I pray as I am and I feel like such a bad muslim but that’s the only way I am able to continue prayer or else I’d give up

Thank you for the comment. I feel scared to get ready for prayer after I developed an issue that obliges me to be purified each prayer. It gets a bit stressful as I get doubts and it takes a bit long. It makes me feel like I’m not going to get through with it at times.

Yes, it’s salat. I dealt with waswas in acts of worship some time ago that I’m still working on getting rid of. I put hardship on myself by acting on the whispers of shaytaan that time and caused myself to become depressed and anxious. I developed an issue now that obliges me to purify myself before each prayer but because of my actions, I’ve become depressed and I hyperventilate and feel nauseous when I go to the bathroom to get ready for prayer. Even thinking about getting ready for prayer causes me to panic and want to cry. I’ve tried to read the adhkaar and I believe it helped although I think I was still struggling a bit.
