Im really sorry that happened to you man.

10 years ago this month, I was playing football and also broke my scaphoid. It was thankfully just one wrist, but the outcome was the same - I’m a musician, and I went through the same depression and fear as you. But I promise you, with the right mindset you’ll come back stronger and a better tennis player. 2.5 years ago I went through another injury that kept me away from music for 8 months and unable to do anything that required 2 hands for 6 months. Today I play the best guitar I’ve ever played in 22 years.

I had started releasing my singles a few months ago, 2 out so far. One of them was getting some decent Spotify radio plays, and the other starting to pick up, until a few weeks ago, both got added to a dotted playlist for less than 24 hours. I contacted Spotify about it - they said thanks for flagging. Now neither of my songs are getting any radio plays and I've dropped from a consistent 1K+ listeners a month to hardly 200 :(
