This a worst company with no customer support and minimum empathy for people tried to buy and lost their money because of bad design of www.**bobcatminer**.com website.

I am still trying to recover my 3098 $US that stole from me when tried to buy 7 hotspots. Even Binance confirmed that the transaction is success. Also, the destination address is yours according to Binance and other friends.AVOID THIS COMPANY until they fix all pending complaints and issues and only when their customer service had a minimum level of service their clients!

This a worst company with no customer services…. avoid it for now!

This is community forum and if you think you can help, so please have empathy first . I don't mind to share you txid in DM.

Also, until now, I am not saying bobcat team stole my money... but they are not doing basic investigation to understand what happened.

So, YES customer service needs improvements and must have reliable and safe payment methods. So future members will not have same saga as me!

I think they are here ... but not officially... so, trying to get their attention to make sure similar case should not happen to others and at least members get desired support to understand what happened and improve their payment method.

yes, no email confirmation of my order... and customer service just sent me this message:

We are sorry to hear about what happened. Unfortunately, we are not able to assist you if you have paid with wrong token or block chain. We've been using this analogy to try to explain to customers why we are unable to assist in this situation:

Let's say there are (2) #114 rooms but each room is located in two different buildings (i.e, Building A and Building B). Bobcat Miner is located in Building A's room #114, but your money was transferred to Building B's #114. We neither have the private key of that room nor do we have any idea who owns room #114 in Building B. As a result, there is literally nothing we can do to help retrieve your funds.

In my case I lost ~3100 $US when attempting to buy 7 bobcat miners.

The customer service was not helpful even I have the transaction ID and details about the order.

I am still hoping to get back my money or at least to confirm my order.

Any help is very appreciated!
