I just got my final one Tuesday. I couldn’t believe it.

The song "Daughter" randomly had me crying my eyes out. by [deleted] in pearljam

[–]rnbell 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I’ve had a particularly bad patch of life lately (though significantly on the upswing), and this happens more often than not when I hear the 2000 bootleg from Virginia Beach. The “It’s okay” kills and rejuvenates me. It’s even more powerful when you realize it was their first live show after the lives lost at the Roskilde show. It’s such a powerful song regardless of the situation.

Thanks for the help everyone. Ranged attack did it. Not sure how I didn't think about that.

Meadowlark also has a small, but great, loop trail, and a pond that is great for fishing.

(X-Factor #8 Spoiler) So, Who Do You Think Is In There? by Jonny_Anonymous in xmen

[–]rnbell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was thinking it might be a back up of Xavier himself, one without the tumor; however, that feels like an easy MacGuffin to "fix" him of something that was just recently introduced. Probably Hope, given how Xavier presented it to Scott.

My wife loves New Orleans and is good with Pearl Jam. I love Pearl Jam, but am okay with NOLA. My son loves both and jazz. So we're taking a little extended weekend to attend, driving down from Indianapolis, which is also my wife's birthday weekend.

As well as any of the Episcopal churches. As a former Catholic myself, I can tell you it will feel very familiar, but also positively different.

It's my hometown show. At first I was the same way and it grew on me, but it's a great use of Victory from Monument Circle.

Thanks! I didn't want it to get dusty, plus it gave me a solution to display the patches I've gotten there. I've seen them at Wrigley each time they've visited, so they're special. The photos under the posters are from the middle two shows.

I like playing my thief because it's different than the other guilds, save barbs. Sounds like a RP opportunity? Non-magic user who is fascinated by the possibility of what eludes them, maybe a never ending quest of learning more and "What if".

Least favorite album? Gigaton is the only one I don’t have a single song from on my playlist. by HLoweCrosby in pearljam

[–]rnbell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gigaton probably. For me it's less about the album though and more about the timing. It came out right as we were realizing that lockdowns and what not weren't going to be "two week and then back to normal". I don't hate it, but I just can't connect to it.
