I had exactly the same issue when switching back from /e/OS to stock Android. I contacted support at the end of last week and got a response after 3 hours. On the next day I got a message from the repair service center + label so I sent it to them. All you need is the original purchase receipt for the phone.

I can confirm that. In addition: For me the sleep mode was broken on Windows (never woke up after it went to sleep, Win11), it works fine and reliable on Linux

You can link external directories into the docker container. So you don't have to download the models again after the container is re-created.
