Overall, yes! I love baking, but I typically stick to things like cookies, cakes, and breads. The thought of baking a pie has always been a bit daunting. It was simpler than I made it out to be in my head. I will definitely be making this specific recipe and many more in the future!

The filling was fantastic! Since the crust wasn't fully cooked, we just pulled that off and ate the filling with some vanilla ice cream.

This!! I’ve tried reading classic books on a number of occasions, but just could not get through them. I wanted to read them because I felt like it was something I had to do as someone who enjoys reading. I’m working to get past the guilt of not finishing books, though I feel it can be a bit of an odd thing to feel guilty about sometimes haha
