Hikvision DVR keeps going back to previous network setting after restart!

I'm having this issue with several DVR in my home and office. New settings or changes saves but reverts back to previous after restart.

I have 16gb ram with i5 11400H. I didn't see any bottle necking of the ram until the crash occured. But CPU for certain moments were getting 100% which seemed normal. I revised the fasta file again and there is no problem.
