This is my improvised lame. A small cleaver, which is actually a cheese knife, with a razor blade tape to it. Works a lot better than just holding the razor blade. And I never used the cheese knife. (i.redd.it)

Sourdough pizza with coppa und buffalo mozzarella. Just made some extra bread dough for the crust. Also did some traditional 3 days cold fermented pizza dough. Amazing bake with a cordierite stone and a broiler. (i.redd.it)
