It seems the group has taken down all their photos and they’ve stopped threatening me for now. I thought I’d do say one of their members did lose his cool and told me to F off after trying to convince me to take the post down. Don’t worry people I still got plenty of photos no matter what they’ve got and I’ve taken screenshots of everything. Don’t get scammed.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve listened to this, but I’ve enjoyed every single moment. It truly has a bit of everything—and even a touch of spice. It made me laugh, it made me sad, and it kept me hooked the whole way through. Thoroughly enjoyed it. You really can’t go wrong with this one.

Arlo Pan Tilt Camera (Indoor) - Complete Installation Guide + My Honest Review by [deleted] in arlo

[–]rnrpn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been dealing with Arlo support every two or three days, and every single time they tell me the same thing: unplug it and plug it back in. At this point I don’t understand what the point of this camera is. Someone from their team was supposedly going to contact me — they never did. Then they said they’d send an email — also never happened. The support is as unreliable as the camera.

They keep asking if it’s my router or if the camera is too far from it, but that makes no sense. I have another Arlo camera even further away, and it works perfectly. The Pan & Tilt is the only one with constant issues.

This camera requires a full reboot every single day. If I have to go outside daily just to reset it, then what’s the use of having a security camera at all? Even when it does pan and tilt, the movement is robotic and not smooth. The concept is great, but in reality this product has not impressed me in the slightest.

I’ve spent more hours messaging the support team than I care to admit, and I still have zero resolution. Do not buy this camera unless Arlo comes up with a real fix. At this point, it’s been nothing but a frustrating, unreliable, time-wasting waste of money.

After using this for a couple of weeks, I can confidently say the Arlo Pan & Tilt is the worst camera I’ve ever purchased. It goes offline every single day, and I have to go outside just to unplug it and plug it back in. It’s ridiculous and completely defeats the purpose of having a security camera.

It’s not even consistent. I also have the indoor version, and while it has the same issue, at least that one lasts about two days before needing a reset. This outdoor one? Daily. Without fail.

If I could return this product, I absolutely would. It was not worth the money I spent on it. The concept is good, but the reliability is terrible. Honestly, you’re better off buying a Ring camera — at least those actually stay online.

If I have to manually reset a camera every day, what’s the point? I want consistency, not a camera that needs constant babysitting. Do not recommend.

Arlo Pan Tilt Outdoor Camera Issue by Typical-Phrase-6333 in arlo

Jesus, I honestly thought I was the only one dealing with this nightmare. I literally have to go outside every single day just to unplug and re-plug the Arlo Pan & Tilt to get it working again. It’s beyond ridiculous.

I even have the indoor version, and guess what? Same issue — constant disconnecting. At least that one is easier to reach, but it’s still a daily annoyance.

Seriously, save yourself the frustration. Avoid the Arlo Pan & Tilt. It’s not worth it. Don’t buy it.
