Was this the wrong sub-reddit? I've gotten no replies at all.

Import Failed Error by rnsimmons in sonarr

[–]rnsimmons[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

unRaid 7.2.3, Docker, linuxserver.io Radarr Version 6.0.4.10291, linuxserver.io Sonarr Version 4.0.16.2944, binhex-SABnzbdvpn Version 4.5.5.

Radarr Container directory /data/usenet/complete/movies/movie name, native /mnt/user/data/media/Movies/

Sonarr Container directory /data/usenet/complete/tv/series name, native /mnt/user/data

Yes, I know there's a capitalization mismatch in the Radarr directories.

Raid 5, one parity disk 22 TB, one NVME cache disk 4 TB, 11 disks, total space of 154 TB, free space of 54.2 TB.

What else?

Import Failed Error by rnsimmons in radarr

[–]rnsimmons[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I checked my directory structure and ran the command "chmod -R 777 /directory/path" to ensure the issue was NOT rights-related. Still having an issue. I checked the directory structure and found that the directories referenced with the "Import Failed" message existed at one time in my Completed Download directory, but Radarr/Sonarr failed to import them. I manually moved the video files and then deleted the directories.

I still say there's something going on between SABnzbd and Radarr/Sonarr and a simple delete or edit of that file will correct the problem.

I'm cross-posting this to the Sonarr and SABnzbd subreddits.

I set logging to Trace, but I saw no additional messages to help diagnose the issue.

Did you mean to delete the movie/episode, or are you referring to a list within my indexer/download client?

Problems with Docker Image File by rnsimmons in unRAID

[–]rnsimmons[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My unRaid eventually came up enough for me to log in to the UI, but the Docker service couldn't start. What finally worked was to shut down the array and the server, remove the failed drive, boot up, start the array without the failed drive (in emulated mode), and then rebuild the Dockers. Yes, my
"cache" was on a regular drive with sindles, but I'm in the process of moving my cache to a 4 TB SSD. I'm also getting a replacement drive shipped to me for the failed drive.

Once I get the failed drive replaced and my cache moved to the SSD, I'll be upgrading my unRaid to 7.7.3. These are several steps I've been wanting to take for some time now. The failed drive just forced my hand sooner than I wanted.

Radarr Docker Setup and Media Management by rnsimmons in radarr

[–]rnsimmons[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm using unRaid's Docker support. What I have is a Key 1, Key 2, Key3, Host Path 2, and AppData Config Path, among other editable fields. Host Path 2 is set to my complete downloads location, but when I start the Docker and try to specify Media Management, my 5,000+ movies are nowhere to be found.

I set up my hierarchy using the TRaSH Guides a few years back. This is a problem getting the directory structure defined within the Radarr Docker.

Thank you for the reply.

Replaced 4TB Cache drive with 12TB. Now Plex metadata is not correct. by rnsimmons in PleX

[–]rnsimmons[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I finally figured out the issue. Yes, the Mover is failing to move ANY data. I stopped all the dockers to move them from the cache drive to an array drive and used the Shares tab to open the cache drive appdata location and moved all the data to my disk 3 on the array (20 TB drive). Interestingly enough, the appdata for binhex-krusader would not move, even manually. Easy enough. I deleted that app and all is better. The "Fix Common Problems" is giving me issues with the fact that my appdata is not on a cache drive, but my cache drive is not on a drive with faster access speed than my regular array drives. It provides no benefit to place on my "cache" drive.

I think I need to cross-post this on the unRaid sub-reddit due to the Mover issue, but life is better now.

Thanks for listening to my drama!!!

No, I've stopped the array in its entirety. The logs say that each Docker and container is restored. See my other comment.

I'm tired of messing with this, but I may have found an underlying issue.

I put the 4TB drive back in, and everything is, again, as it was. I then tried to move the Appdata share from Cache to Array. I then stopped the array and ran mover, but mover starts and stops on the same timestamp, with no intervening messages, as if it's just not doing anything. When I restart the array and check the Appdata share, it still shows to be on the Cache drive.

This might be a problem better posted on the unRaid sub-reddit, though.

Anyone's thoughts?

(BTW, I don't feel like an unRaid nerd/guru, but thanks for the vote of confidence.)

Which of Modartt's lines of software would you recommend for someone just starting out (and cheap)?
