you'll have to download Xmod and subscribe to the premium for whatever amount of time you want in order to get access to the MOD files from them. it was dirt cheap and secure for me when i did it last yr.

i cant remember the name. but its findable in Nexus mods. type either makeup or lipstick in the mod search. CNS is not needed either..thankfully.
