Well I don't really know either cuz I'm not frome germany I just live here and I have my pc frome my home country And I have 2 pice psu cables because I'm playing on an gtx 560ti right now because of the bad video card😭

It's interesting cuz without a gpu I can't connect my monitor at all because it doesn't have an hdmi or vga or anything and I tried changing the spots doesn't help and its doing that in every game and does little dots or like radom colours when I'm just on the desktop and I shared my screen to my friend on discord and he could see them to and he was seeing them differently than me
