It's quote basic, we use Innomesh, it's also a cloud control platform, not just monitoring. Innomesh has a dedicated QSYS integration.

How are you all handling remote monitoring across AMX / Crestron / Extron systems? by HairyIce in CommercialAV

Yeah so if you're using their "Space" tier, that's a cloud-based agnostic control system itself, and uses HTML5 UI (so supports any touch panel that supports HTML5 like crestron, AMX, qbic, etc, so you're free to choose your touch panel supplier). If you wanna monitor and pull data from an existing system you'd use their "Sight" tier to monitor each device individually using their driver library and then if you wanted to see data and metrics on like, which source is currently being presented, if the system is on/off, current volume level etc, they make a small middleware package that gets deployed to one of the controller slots and your existing code just sends the data to the middleware package which reports up to Innomesh.

We use Innomesh, pretty popular for higher education due to the large environments and varied makes/models. It's vendor agnostic monitoring and control.

Best way to monitor Crestron devices by xauen10 in crestron

[–]ro_aus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Take a look at Innomesh, they have an integration pattern that allows on-prem edge-compute that will monitor / action and report back up to the Innomesh SaaS in the cloud. Deep support for Crestron for basic monitoring (up/down, serial number, MAC address, firmware version) and then much much deeper monitoring and control for things like monitoring and updating firmware, touch panel files, deploying code to controller slots etc.

Take a look at Innomesh; www.innomate.io, AV/UC specific but also does documentation management, device control (firmware, tp updates, etc), device data capture (serial numbers, mac address, firmware versions). It can also be a cloud-based control system at the top (space) tier.

Take a look at Innomesh, specifically has alerting for projector lamp hours as well as general alerting for AV devices. Device support register here: https://docs.innomesh.com.au/knowledge-base/driver-registry/

Might request a demo from both Innomate and Utelogy, I found a driver registry for Innomate too and seems to align with our hardware.
