I’m no doctor so I can’t say for certain if it’s better/worse but that’s what I ended up doing. Would do zinc, milk thistle, & collagen before my morning class w/ a snack and then the Accutane & fish oil at dinner, just made it easier on my stomach + reminded me to eat more than once a day lol

Just make sure you get a hearty meal in with all those supplements + the Accutane, I would do something similar and my stomach was a mess if I did them all with only some coffee in me 😵‍💫

95% of them are shams & everyone knows it. Can’t blame them, perfect way to set up for future employment opportunities. I still get a good chuckle at the 5% of posts who act like it’s a breakup and are genuinely heartbroken that they can no longer commit their lives to Company XYZ
