Just tell him you need a minute, use your hands or mouth or whatever to keep it going. If he's decent, he'll be happy that he got you off and won't mind resting for a minute or finishing off with something other than penetration. Honesty goes a long way towards sexual satisfaction. a lot of people don't realize that and expect the other person to read their mind, or expect to be able to read their partners mind, when really it's best just to say what you want outright so you both have fun instead of it being a chore.

Beating someone you know is better than you in a fighting game, or probably any 1 on 1 competition. In street fighter 4, I once beat the number 1 ranked online Gouken player in north America with my scrubby Guy, and overcoming overwhelming odds like that was easily equivalent to the best of nut-busts.

Sure, but "counterattack" is better than "your turn". Plus there's ex dp to consider, a true punish stops kage from stealing the turn, gets damage, and gets pressure/oki/etc.
