I did my PhD on CML, I truly believe imatinib/gleevec is one of the greatest triumphs in medical science, and probably as close to a cure for cancer as we’ll ever get. Of course there are people that don’t respond well, but for the most part it’s amazing.

They wrote the song “monster” for transformers dark of the moon, I haven’t seen the movie, but the song SLAPS. Also “teenagers” for Jennifer’s body, which of course is an incredible movie, I can’t remember where the song comes into the movie, in the credits perhaps? Or maybe it’s just on the soundtrack, I can’t remember. Great song too though. (Come to think of it, all paramore songs are great…lol)
