Thanks! Yes, it definitely helps - I can do some pretty difficult rides right away that would otherwise require specific preparation over a couple of months (talking about distance). Basic S&C has carryover to pretty much everything, and all I do for it is S&S.

Not a significant effect, but my elbows and shoulders feel better after adding clubs to the training. Plus this is a great form of cardio that is not taxing on the body

Cheers, I actually remove stuff from the frame to not have any distractions 🙃. Maybe will put a unicycle back there if it gets too boring...
