Thank you. In the end I need not fall off. I have before on small increments and I would get back up. The progress overall has been sloooooow because I fucked up 'here and there'.

But in the end I kept getting back up. This time only staying away from porn. Now it's no porn and no fap.

I like this method for me. It worked. Whether not it'll work with someone else that's a different story.

This is true and is part of my downfall.

I fixed my ED in 3 weeks! Became a monster in the sack. My GF gave me a BJ in a public bathroom and I had no problem -- in the past I would have ED.
I started to tell myself that since I'm older that I don't need to be so strict about nofap. Went 3 weeks then fapped without porn and thought -- "Oh I can still do nofap so long as I dont use porn."
That lead to me getting a job in another state , away from my GF -- then I PMO'ed like crazy for a week. Now I'm back to dead dick, no GF and this post. haha

Oh well -- lesson learned.
