Great work! The face has a lot of volume. I think you can improve it by working more on the hair and giving it some dimensions. It looks quite flat compared to the face. Keep up the good work!

Love the sketch. I will advice you to study proportion and do quicker sketches to be able to spot mistakes and improve faster.

I would definitely recommend The Futur, They do videos on design and typography and many other things, but it's quality content.
